Dave has deep experience in the culinary and hospitality industry having managed several high-end restaurants in San Francisco, owned a successful night club in Sonoma County and held several senior management positions in major hotels around the country. Born and raised in Upstate New York, Dave comes from a large Italian-American family and grew up around fresh, homemade cooking at home and in his Great Aunt's restaurant kitchen.
As a nearly-native Californian for more than 20 years, Dave and his team have been sharing their love of good food with Los Angeles since 2008.
